What is a masterboard
A masterboard is a large collage created by gluing together scraps of paper, which you can then cut into smaller pieces for various projects. It’s a fantastic way to use leftover paper and can be used in many creative ways, including:
- Artist Trading Cards: Design interesting backgrounds for artist trading cards.
- Art Journaling: Craft tags, pockets, and journaling cards for junk journals.
- Ephemera: Produce decorative elements for your projects.
- Tuck Spots: Make tuck spots to add dimension to your creations.
There are various ways to use masterboards; these are just a few examples. This approach with washi tapes can also be applied to creating zines!
